First of all I DO NOT like having to convert from metric!! UGH! Having to do mathematical conversions first is annoying and I lost interest right away. There are easier ways to get cute little animal patterns than this book offers. Didn't like it so I sent it back!

Unless you are a new sewer, there is nothing new in this book to get excited about.You even have to enlarge the patterns to use them! I found the book very boring and disappointing though the bear- head pillows are cute.

Good basic patterns

This book offers good basic patterns for making stuffed animals and for making clothes for them. There are some very cute mice, dogs, and cats, and some unusual patterns such as the very large stuffed dog and bear. There are animal wallets, pouches, curtains, cushions and pillows; also applique for coats, scarfs and quilts. Stuffed animals are fun to make and fun to have. I share with the author the pleasure in making three or four of the same animal and dressing them differently. They are great to display in your home or business.
