Our 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter is allergic to dairy, eggs, and peanuts; and her mom loves to bake, so I bought this for her. Making healthy, fun snacks for a youngster is hard enough; but along with serious food allergies to consider, it's harder still. I bought this cookbook for my best friend, who has an autistic son. He has to be on a gluten free casein free diet. So far she has had nothing but good things to say about it. Nate also wants to thank the people that put together this book for the oreo cakester like cookies, it's the first time he's been able to eat chocolate since he was put on the special diet.
