A to Z of Crochet

To flip through this book is to love it! It’s bursting with 1,000+ step-by-step photos that make it super simple to understand a wide variety of stitches and techniques (many of which you don’t see every day). Covering everything from selecting yarn to reading patterns to adding finishing touches like fringes and spirals, this is a great reference for anyone interested in crochet. If you’re a beginner and you need to know the proper way to hold the yarn and hook, if you’d like to try a new technique (such as Broomstick Crochet), if you’re having trouble visualizing how to work chevron stripes, if you want to take your crochet skills to the next level, you’ll want to have this book on hand! Color photos; spiral-bound hardcover.

Good

Haven't crocheted in a long time and this book will get back on track once again. Good illustrations and know how. Even though it was first published in Australia it has an interperation for US crocheters. Not too big of a problem. Glad I bought this one.

This is a must have

This is so good it has step by step photos and wording on how to do all types of stitches and other fun things. It also shows you good finishing stitches. I have been crocheting for years and I still picked up a few things from this book. The best part is that you do not need to read patterns.

Glad I got this one!

I've knitted, tatted, cross-stitched, quilted and sewn since I was young. But, for some reason, crocheting has always been a mystery to me. This book has unlocked the door at last! Descriptions and photos are clear; instructions are plain. I'm so glad I got this one!

Great addition to my collection

This book is a great addition to my already extensive collection of crochet reference books. It has a lot of tips that I was not aware of or wasn't sure how to do. Good for beginniners and experienced crocheters alike.
