What is the total cost for my introductory books?
For your introductory package, the shipping and handling charges will be $5.74 for the first item, and $1.99 for each additional item plus tax where applicable. Items that count as two selections will be billed as two separate books. Shipping and handling charges cover all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, packaging and postage.
