How does credit or debit card billing work?

When you authorize us to use your credit or debit card for all future shipments and club charges we will then automatically charge those items, including Featured Selections, to that card. If applicable, your card may be charged for any remaining books required to complete your purchase commitment. We will continue to charge that card unless you notify us of a change. In the event you card is no longer active (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issue), we will attempt to charge any other credit/debit card that you have placed on file with us, in order to prevent disruption of your membership.

To add a new credit or debit card, or to update an existing one, simply click on “Account” located at the top of the page, and within the “Billing and Payment” section select “Billing Information”. You can also change or edit your card when placing an order to making a payment with your credit or debit card or by contacting Customer Service. We will continue to apply your payments under this payment method unless you notify us through Customer Service to change your billing preference.

We accept the following credit cards (and equivalent debit cards) at this time: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Orders using a bank card will be processed as soon as bank authorization is received.
