To me, this is a fun and unique cookbook; how often do you come across a recipe for coconut veggie chicken crepes and spicy chicken buradi rolls, oh and what about grilled cheese mac and cheese sandwiches? I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but can't wait to. They may not be the healthiest recipes but I didn't purchase the book thinking it would be....I bought Peterson's Vegetables Revised for that =)

If your are trying to find semi-healthy food, look in another cookbook. If you're looking for fried, fat full foods, this is your book. Not all Food Truck foods are fatty, so I don't understand why those weren't included.
