2/3 cup 2% milk
1-1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup water
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in bread
crumbs and horseradish. Crumble beef over mixture
and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls.
2. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking
pan. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until meat is
no longer pink; drain.
3. In a large saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; add the meatballs. Reduce heat;
cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until heated
through, stirring occasionally.

This is a great cookbook. I sort of collect cookbooks and this one has some of everything from "soup to nuts" and beyond! Even my husband finds it easy to use. He loves the photos and the easy-to-understand directions. I love to cook, but I'm loving someone else cooking for me too!!!!!
I don't believe I'll need another cookbook after receiving this one. Not only is the cookbook comprehensive, but the recipes that I've tried are all delicious. I love this cookbook!
