Best bread cookbook on the market. Love the step by step photo instructions.

Overall this book is for those who have some experience with breads. It is beautiful to look at, and the author has gone to great pains to write clear directions thru words and illustrations. However, there are four recipe chapters, two of which contain almost all sourdough recipes. The one basic chapter of recipes are very basic ones--pita and white bread, pizza dough, etc...the last dessert chapter is advanced--croissants (labor intensive), hot cross buns, etc...Just know what you're getting.
