This book is a collection of exercises designed to work specific muscles. The illustrations are easy to follow and help identify your problem area. It works!
I don't like this one. The pictures are hand drawn. It's kind of thin book.
This is the best book I've found for the layperson who can't run to a physical therapist for every muscle problem. The diagrams are very helpful and the prescriptive stretches are easy to follow.

I bought this book to research several spots of pain in my body. I was able to find the answers I needed. Using the information given I was able to gradually reduce pain in specific areas. Great Help!

Just loved the stretching exercises. Seniors need easy and workable stretches and this is geared to specific areas. That is why I bought another for a friend. Everyone over 60 should own a copy. Definitive care....
